ECTRIMS provides an ideal platform for showcasing your regular or late breaking abstract, both onsite in Copenhagen and online for a global audience.

The abstract submission services are expected to open in spring 2025. Stay tuned to your preferred ECTRIMS communication channel for the official submission opening date, along with reminders about the deadline.

Authors interested in submitting an abstract for ECTRIMS 2025 can choose from a wide range of research topics related to multiple sclerosis and associated neurological disorders, categorised into four primary areas: Clinical Aspects of MS, Pathology and Pathogenesis of MS, Imaging and Non-Imaging Biomarkers, and Therapy.

All accepted abstracts will be published in the online supplement of the Multiple Sclerosis Journal and on our website, mobile app, and platform.

Abstracts may be featured as:

Oral Presentation

Select abstracts are accepted for oral presentation based on their scientific merits and their relation to the topics addressed in the scientific programme and will be held in parallel sessions at the congress.

Poster Presentation

Authors of selected posters are provided a display area onsite at our congress, where they may highlight the key details of their abstract in a poster presentation (these are also on show during our Poster Sessions).

ePoster Only

All posters will also be featured as an ePoster, offering an ideal digital platform for you to share your latest work and insight with colleagues from around the world.
