This section is specifically designated for speakers who have been invited by the Scientific Programme Committee and wish to submit an abstract for presentation during their lecture.

Invited Speaker Abstracts Guidelines
In order to standardise the abstract layout, we kindly ask you to read the guidelines carefully.
- Abstracts may only be submitted online. Abstracts submitted by email will not be accepted.
- Abstracts must be submitted in English. Please use UK English spelling.
- The title of the abstract has to be the same as the title of your presentation in the programme. The abstract text may not be longer than 2556 characters (approx. 300 words) including headlines and spaces, excluding disclosures.
- All abbreviations must be defined the first time they appear in your text (but do not define in the title). Example: Multiple Sclerosis Impact Scale (MSIS), before being used as an abbreviation only.
- Use generic drug names.
- Do not include tables, charts or other graphics. These will be deleted by the editors.
- Disclosure of potential conflict of interest (e.g., grant support, consultancy, membership on advisory councils, speaker’s bureau) by all authors and source of funding are mandatory. Please prepare a one-sentence statement that will be published with the abstract. All disclosures should be listed within the last 3 year.
- Please make sure to use the email address connected to your commitment and the one you used for the registration. After submitting your abstract, you will receive a confirmation by email with the following information:
– PDF of your submitted abstract
– Your abstract number (to be used as reference for correspondence and any arising questions).
If you do not receive a confirmation by email, please contact us at ectrims.programme@congrex.com - Corrections to abstracts can only be made up until the deadline of 19 July 2023.
Publication
All accepted abstracts will be published in the online supplement of the Multiple Sclerosis Journal, as well as on the MSMilan2023 Congress website, mobile app, and congress platform. The full text of invited speaker abstracts will be published on the congress website 10 days prior to the congress (Sunday, 1 October 2023).
