ECTRIMS GLOBAL 2027: Save the Date

Save the Date! In 2027, ECTRIMS will host its 43rd Congress in Vienna, Austria, from 5–8 October, bringing together researchers, clinicians and healthcare professionals from around the world to advance research, treatment and care in multiple sclerosis and related neuroimmunological conditions.

Expected to attract approximately 9,000 delegates, this prestigious congress will provide an international platform for scientific exchange, collaboration and the sharing of advances shaping the future of MS research and clinical practice. Registration will open in February 2027.

ECTRIMS Annual Congress

Organised by the ECTRIMS Scientific Programme Committee, the congress features a diverse array of international speakers, including keynote lectures, oral presentations, and poster sessions. Attendees can look forward to expertly curated scientific and educational sessions that cover the latest research breakthroughs and innovative treatment options. Beyond formal sessions, the congress provides extensive networking opportunities, allowing professionals to connect, share insights, and forge partnerships that will drive future advancements in MS care and treatment.

Awards and Recognitions

Notably, the congress awards the five best poster submissions with €1,000 each and the opportunity to present during the closing session, alongside two prizes of €1,500 each for the best oral presentations by investigators aged 35 or under.

ECTRIMS frequently collaborates with partner organisations, such as the Americas Committee for Treatment and Research in Multiple Sclerosis (ACTRIMS) and Rehabilitation in Multiple Sclerosis (RIMS), to enhance the congress experience.
