The world’s largest professional organisation dedicated to the understanding and treatment of multiple sclerosis
The European Committee for Treatment and Research in Multiple Sclerosis serves as the world’s largest professional organisation dedicated to the understanding and treatment of multiple sclerosis.
Mission: to facilitate communication, create synergies, and promote and enhance research and learning among professionals for the ultimate benefit of people affected by MS.
Vision: ECTRIMS works with researchers and clinicians of its member countries and with other organisations that share similar missions and objectives on a worldwide scale, creating networking and collaboration opportunities. The ultimate goal of ECTRIMS is to improve basic and clinical research and clinical outcomes in MS.
ECTRIMS hosts the world’s largest and most influential congress devoted to basic and clinical research and care in multiple sclerosis.
Our annual congresses bring together 9,000+ specialists from across the globe, offering a host of educational sessions, plenary lectures, posters and young investigator sessions, as well as meet-the-expert opportunities.
At the heart of our ECTRIMS 365 programme is the belief that as a community dedicated to finding better treatment options for people living with MS, we function at our best when we can collectively share, nurture and support learning opportunities.
Designed to provide continuous curated-learning, ECTRIMS 365 enables and equips specialists and generalists across research and clinical practice with up-to-date knowledge & skills via our year-round learning opportunities including fellowships, educational workshops, podcasts, webinars and our blog.
